pls help any one here how to blur a moving face in the video? i saw the wigleys demo but dont know how to follow in adobe premiere pro 2.0? what version of adobe does the demo shows in wigleys?

i have many upskirt videos but it includes my face there and i want to upload it to my thread.pls anyone how to blurr moving face in adobe premiere pro 2.0?
